This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through the gradeup.solutions website.

• Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs kept by our hosting infrastructure for security and operations.

• Responding to your enquiries and proposal requests, and scheduling calls.
• Carrying out pre-contractual steps.
• With your consent, measuring site usage to improve our content and experience.
• Keeping the site secure and meeting legal obligations.

Legal grounds

• Contact form data: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• Analytics cookies: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.
• Technical logs: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).

How we collect data

Data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website and, with your consent, through cookies.

Transfers

We work with the service providers below. Their servers may be located abroad (mainly in the US and EU); transfers are carried out in line with the conditions in KVKK Art. 9.

• Resend — delivering contact form messages by email.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — site usage statistics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Netlify — hosting the site and technical logs.
• Our email provider — storing our correspondence when we reply to you.

Your data is shared with authorized public authorities only where required by law.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to [retention period] after the request is concluded; if a contract is formed, the periods required by the applicable legislation apply. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for [GA retention period].

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
